In a shocking turn of events over the weekend, an up-and-coming Georgia rap artist went straight from the stage to handcuffs.
Lil Toonk, a rising rapper from Georgia, was arrested on Saturday night (July 11, 2026) immediately following a club performance in Lamar County. The arrest was executed on an active homicide warrant issued out of Fulton County.
According to law enforcement, Lil Toonk—whose real name is Tavorian Lindsey—was apprehended without incident on Crawford Road, just outside of Club Rendezvous, shortly after his performance concluded.
The operation was a highly coordinated effort. Deputies from the Lamar County Sheriff’s Office worked directly alongside Fulton County authorities to track Lindsey to the venue and arrest him safely as he left.
The bust also yielded significant evidence. Investigators at the scene recovered a cache of weapons, including multiple rifles and handguns, alongside other evidence tied to the ongoing investigation.
Lil Toonk is currently being held at the Fulton County Jail, facing an incredibly severe list of charges stemming from a violent incident in May 2024.

Lamar County Sheriff Brad White released a statement praising the swift and seamless communication between the multi-jurisdictional agencies involved.

Lindsey is currently awaiting further legal proceedings within the Fulton County court system, where an upcoming court appearance will determine his bond status and the next steps in the prosecution.
