Diddy is currently serving a 50-month sentence at the Fort Dix Federal Correctional Institution in New Jersey following his conviction on prostitution-related charges. Over the past several months, his expected release timeline has shifted repeatedly:

• Original Release Date: June 4, 2028
• First Reduction (March): Reduced by 40 days, moving to April 25, 2028.
• Second Adjustment (June): Moved up to February 23, 2028.
• Latest Update: Now set for January 24, 2028.

The release date update comes on the heels of reports that Combs was involved in a fight at Fort Dix FCI.
